Visiting or engaging with any third-party website is entirely at your discretion. NoMapStory will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from use of such external websites or participation in any of their activities, offers, or promotions.

4. Acceptable & Lawful Use

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, unlawful, or violates the terms outlined here. Any misuse of the website for fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive purposes may result in suspension of access or legal action.

5. Website Software, Code & Intellectual Property

Any software, code, or digital assets available on the NoMapStory website are the exclusive property of NoMapStory and its partners. These are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use such software only for viewing and accessing our platform as permitted under these Terms. Reproducing, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or transferring any software or code from our website is strictly prohibited.

Exporting or sharing such digital assets in violation of Indian law is also strictly disallowed.

6. Online Booking & Service Requests

NoMapStory offers online booking as a convenience for travellers. When you submit a booking request:

  • It will first undergo verification of service availability, dates, and pricing.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after we provide written confirmation through email/WhatsApp along with payment requirements.
  • Any communication before our official confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your request.

All bookings are subject to availability and the discretion of NoMapStory and its travel partners.

For safety and communication, users must provide accurate contact details including phone number, email ID, and address. Incorrect details may lead to cancellation of the booking at the user’s risk.

We reserve the right to limit or deny the use of certain payment methods based on fraud checks or internal policies.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we aim to provide accurate, updated information on the website, some data may change due to availability, supplier updates, or travel conditions. NoMapStory is not liable for typographical errors, unintentional inaccuracies, or temporary website downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

NoMapStory will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • Errors arising from third-party services such as hotels, transport providers, or local partners
  • Website interruptions, delays, or technical issues
  • Losses caused by incorrect contact details provided by the user

Travel involves inherent risks, and users agree to participate in tours and activities at their own responsibility.

9. Termination of Access

NoMapStory reserves the right to restrict or terminate website access if we believe that:

  • Terms & Conditions have been violated
  • Information provided is false or misleading
  • Activities appear fraudulent or harmful

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Refund & Cancelation Policy

This policy applies to all trips and experiences booked with No Map Story.

1. Booking & Advance Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only after payment of a mandatory non-refundable advance amount.

  • The advance amount is collected to block seats, accommodation, transport, permits, and other services.

  • The advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.


2. Cancellation by the Traveller

If a traveller cancels their booking, refund will be calculated only on the amount paid excluding the advance:

  • 30 days or more before departure:
    If cancellations are made 30 days before the trip’s start date, 50% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

  • 15–29 days before departure:
    If cancellations are made 15-29 days before the trip’s start date, 25% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

  • 0–14 days before departure:
    If cancellations are made within 0-14 days before the trip’s start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. No refund will be processed.

  • No – Show No Refund
    No refund

📌 Advance amount remains 100% non-refundable in all cases.


3. Cancellation by No Map Story

If the trip is cancelled by No Map Story due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, natural calamities, or minimum group size not met:

  • ✅ Amount paid (excluding the advance) will be refunded in full, OR

  • ✅ The advance amount will be adjusted toward a future trip within 6 months

❌ No cash refund of the advance amount.


4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive at the reporting point on the scheduled date and time will be treated as a no-show.

  • No refund will be applicable.


5. Non-Refundable Components

Once confirmed, the following are non-refundable:

  • Hotel / homestay bookings

  • Transportation and fuel charges

  • Permits, entry fees, and activities

  • Any third-party service once booked


6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Payment gateway and convenience fees are non-refundable


7. Changes & Unused Services

  • Date changes or transfers are not permitted unless approved by No Map Story

  • No refund for unused services, early departure, or itinerary changes after the trip begins


8. Mode of Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email

  • The date and time of receipt will be considered for refund calculation

  • Verbal requests will not be accepted


9. Acceptance of Policy

By booking a trip with No Map Story, the traveller confirms acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
